Social media and content: what’s the difference?

Social media is the conversation. It’s the regular posts, photos and replies on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn that keep your business in front of the people who already know you, and it shows customers you’re active. Content is what you keep. It’s the pages, blog posts, FAQs and guides on your own website that answer customers’ questions and help Google and AI tools understand what you do. A social post is seen for a day or two, while a good page can bring in customers for years. The two also work together, because we turn what you post into website content and point your posts back to your site.

Social media is the short posts and reels people see on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Content is longer writing, such as blog articles and newsletters, that lives on your website and helps people find you through Google and AI search. Social keeps you familiar, and content brings new people in. The bundle gives you both.

It depends on what your audit finds. A fix can be a new website, a repaired Google Business Profile, matching contact details everywhere, an FAQ page, schema markup and better titles and descriptions. We only do what your business needs, and you’ll see the price before we start.

Packages are a minimum of 6 months and then month-to-month. Boosting your visibility takes time which is why we have a minimum period, But after that we’d rather you stay because it’s working than because you’re locked in. Tell us a month ahead if you want to pause or change your package.

Yes. We’ll send your content for approval before it goes out on a monthly basis. You can ask for changes, and we’ll keep the wording in your own voice. Every month we send out a report which we discuss and see what’s working to keep you visible.

Each month we send out a report and tell you plainly what’s improving and what isn’t. Every 3 months we’ll re-check your visibility scores so you can see your progress against your first audit.
